8 Hours of Kyalami

Game: Assetto Corsa Competizione.

DLC: 

• International GT Pack (Kyalami)
• (optional) Challengers Pack (Audi R8 LMS Evo II)
• (optional) 2020 GTWC Pack (Mercedes-AMG GT3 2020 oraz Ferrari 488 GT3 Evo)

Cars: All GT3 cars available in the game on the date of 31.10.2022 excluding the Cup and ST cars.

The additional Challenger Pack car (Audi R8 LMS Evo2) will be available to pick for the race at a later date.

Participation: Open for experienced teams and drivers. Teams have to have between 2 and 3 drivers in order to participate.

In order for a team to participate in the event, each driver that has signed up for a team has to check their presence - otherwise the entry list for that team won't be properly generated and the drivers that did not check their presence won't be able to participate in the race.

Custom liveries: The drivers are able to create their own custom skin/livery for their car and upload it through the website. The total size of the .ZIP archive cannot exceed 15MB. The custom livery guide is Coming soon!

Donations: The participation in the league is free of charge. 

Donors who pay more than 30 PLN will have a special colour on the results website, and later on will be named on the official live coverage (top donors). You can submit your first and last name (or your nickname) in the “Wiadomość” field.

Donations have to be paid through the website https://tipo.live/p/simracepl. Please provide your unique Steam ID 64 in the field “Twój nick”. You can find it on your profile here: https://esport.simrace.pl/user. It is very important so as to we can tie your donation with your steamid. You also have to pick the goal you are donating towards (ie. the league you want to have the benefits unlocked for). If you don't do this properly, the additional benefits won't become available to you, and we aren't able to change the donation goal for you so please double check everything.

You can also donate towards maintenance and development ("Utrzymanie/Development"), so if you like the work we have put into the website you can also donate towards that but be mindful: this won't be tied to any of the leagues and won't unlock any extra benefits in any of the leagues you have donated for, so if you'd like to make a bigger donation but also unlock the custom skins and teams, it is better to donate towards a particular league.

Pre-qualifying: Each driver is required to complete at least 1 valid lap. The condition for participating in the race is based on the average lap times of the drivers of a given team. Pre-qualifying positions determine the starting grid for the race.

Race weekend:

• Free practice: 120 min - 13:00 CET
• Race: 480 min (8h) - 15:00 CET
• Maximum stint time: 70 minutes
• Maximum total driving time: 280 minutes

Track conditions:

• Pre-qualifying will take place in constant weather conditions
• The race will take place in random weather conditions simulated by Assetto Corsa Competizione. Prerequisites for the simulation such as cloud level, randomness, ambient temperature, session start times and a time multiplier will be communicated by the organizer no later than 3 days before the race.

Grid capacity: 40 cars. The organizer reserves the right to change this value depending on interest.
