The race is organized by Simrace.pl on the Assetto Corsa Competizione platform. The organizers are using what the game provides and are not responsible for any errors. To participate in the race, log in to the website provided by the organizer and create a team or join an existing one. You cannot participate in the race without teammate.

Registration:

1. To register you need to create team or join an existing one. After sing up you need to complete driver profile with name, surname, shortcut and other required/optional fields.
2. The entry list will be generated from this data and they will be visible on live streams, so we are recommending to use your real names or known nicknames and especially avoid silly or offensive names. The organizer reserves the right to force a name change that deviates from these recommendations or remove team from entry list.
3. To participate every team member needs to have at least 70 SA and 3 track medals.

Teams:

1. The team consists of two drivers.
2. Team has a number assigned to the car.
3. Team members are obligated to use the livery with same number provided on the website.
4. Liveries and car setup is taken from the driver which connects first to the server (within team).
5. Team should be completed within 3 days. Due to limited entry list, the organizer may delete uncompleted teams.

Cars:

1. All GT3 and GT4 cars available in Assetto Corsa Competizione and GT4 Pack DLC.
2. Car can be changed only by team owner till the end of PreQ session.

Prequalifying:

1. Every driver from team is obligated to do at least 1 clean lap in chosen car on PreQ server. The average time of both drivers will be shown on Live Results page and used to generate entrylist.
2. Laptime will not be shown on Live Results page until both drivers make clean lap with chosen car.
3. The laptimes are saved to database table for every car you drive, but shown only for actual chosen car. When team owner change the car the results will be recounted.
4. Team owner need to confirm the Team presence before the end of PreQ session.
5. Entry list is limited to 40 teams (20 for GT3 cars and 20 for GT4). The organizer reserves the right to change the size of the grid depending on the interest in particular classes.
6. After end of PreQ the result page will be automatically generated. Teams without result will not be included on entry list and will not be able to join race server.

Free Practice:

1. Free practice takes place at 5 PM CET time (GMT +1).
2. It is recommended for the teams to join server during Free Practice to check if everything is fine. To avoid ACC bugs organizer will provide entrylist and ask drivers to connect in specified order.

Qualifying:

1. Qualification session will be set before race. Departure for the qualifying session takes place with respect to the preceding car, you should leave yourself and the predecessor a place for free driving. Avoid overtaking during the qualifying session, especially on the outlap. Overtaking on the exit lap when the predecessor slowed down to make room for himself may result in a penalty.
2. To avoid ACC bugs the driver which drives in Qualifying session should start the race as first in the Team.

Race:

1. Between the Qualifying and Race session there will be 2 minutes FP session set (to avoid bugs).
2. The race will start about 6 PM CET time with a full formation lap and will last 4 hours (240 minutes). Time multiplier is x4.
3. Max total driving time for one driver is 130 minutes. Exceeding this time means team disqualification (DQ).
4. Each driver is obligated to complete his stint.

Pit Stop:

1. During the race, drivers are obligated to do driver swap.
2. Refueling and tyre change is allowed but not mandatory.

Standings:

1. Teams will be classified based on race results delivered by Assetto Corsa Competizione game server.
2. Race results will appear on "Results" page on the website probably next day after race.

Donations:

1. Participation in the race does not require any starting fees. Subsidies are voluntary and if they occur they will be used to maintain servers and sites needed to organize races. The organizer does not provide prizes for participation or taking top places in the race.

Additional rules:

1. All participants are obligated to test driver swap and game behaviour by their own. Organizers also take part in event and will not conduct pre-race training "how to".
2. Registered teams are obligated to take participation in race.
3. Leaving the race after its start (Rage Quit) or not showing up at the start may result in the exclusion of team members from subsequent races organized by Simrace.pl.
4. Test server will be launched 3 days before the race. Entry list will be updated everyday about 1 PM CET.
